In this insightful 2-hour lecture, we’ll explore Ayurvedic principles and practices for sustainable, holistic weight loss. Rather than focusing solely on calories or exercise, Ayurveda views excess weight as a symptom of deeper imbalances within the body’s doshas, agni (digestive fire), Ama (toxins), and emotional landscape.
Through this session, participants will learn:
- The Ayurvedic view of weight gain and obesity
- How imbalanced Kapha, weak Agni, hormones, and accumulated Ama contribute to stubborn weight
- The role of digestion, emotional eating, and daily rhythm in metabolism
