The Wellness Revolution

Learn how you can get the most out of your healthcare and proactively achieve greater well-being through making positive choices, learning easy to live by nutrition guidelines, enjoyable exercise, etc. The class is taught by Dr. Nancy Swenson, Doctor of Chiropractic. Dr. Swenson will discuss the recent healthcare trends and how they can play a role in your health. The class will be held at River Market, 221 N. Main Street in downtown Stillwater.
