This class will guide you through gentle yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to give you the tools you need to quiet the mind, relax and restore. Suitable for all ages and levels of mobility. No yoga experience required. Emphasis on relaxation and stress relief. Wear comfortable clothing. The class will be taught by Marilyn Calver, at Natural Balance Studio, located on the lower level from River Market Co-op.
