Courtly love. Les Voix humaines presents Amour Cruel, a menu of love songs and virtuoso instrumental pieces with flavors from Spain, France, Italy and Holland. Voice, viola da gamba, and lute were a favorite recipe in the courts of Europe in the 17th and 18th centuries. Les Voix humaines are renowned for their spectacular arrangements of a wide variety of music for these instruments. Tickets are $18 for adults and $12 for students.
