Join us as John Schiltz of the Lake Elmo Inn challenges other area chefs to bring their best dishes to compete for the top prize. You'll taste incredible food, sample a wine that complements the meal, and vote to decide who's worthy of being named "best in the Valley."

All proceeds from the event benefit HSI, a multi-service nonprofit organization providing over 40 years of service to the east metro area.
