Caramelpalooza

St. Croix Chocolate Company in Marine on St. Croix, Minn. caters to all caramel lovers on Saturday, Oct. 15,  from noon-5 p.m. Admission is free for everyone.

There will be live music and entertainment all day, including free facepainting for kids, a pumpkin carving demonstration and a very special visit from CaramElvis!

This annual event allows customers to wander from table to table outdoors, enjoying the October sun, while tasting spicy caramel sauce, merlot fudge sauce and many other gourmet sauces.

In addition, the confectioners at St. Croix Chocolate Company turn the candy case from chocolate heaven to caramel chaos! Signature sea salt caramels, pear caramels, salted butter caramels, maple syrup caramels, apple caramels, pumpkin caramels, pecan caramel clusters and even caramel-ripple marshmallows -- all homemade -- will be available for sale.

Additionally, addictive homemade caramel corn (with bacon, or just with chocolate) and caramel apples, featuring locally-grown apples, will be available.
