We'll start with an appetizer of Artichoke and Scallop Kebabs, followed by a Fresh Greens Salad with Strawberries, Pinenuts and Cinnamon-infused Vinaigrette. Our entrées will be Honey-Peppered Salmon with Strawberry-Rum Sauce, and Beef Tenderloin in Cabernet-Balsamic Reduction served with creamy Herb Risotto with Asparagus and Goat Cheese.
